Cookie Policy Statement

How we use cookies on this website, and how to manage them.

This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage this website uses, and how you can control them. It is provided in line with UK cookie law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and the UK GDPR.

What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser. Cookies are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences, and to understand how a site is used. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work in much the same way.

Our Approach to Cookies

By default, this website sets only what is strictly necessary. We do not run analytics or tracking unless you choose to accept it. When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Reject non-essential cookies, and refusing is as easy as accepting. Nothing non-essential is set before you accept, and you can change your mind at any time.

The Cookies We Use

Consent preference (strictly necessary). When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we store that choice in your browser so we can honour it and avoid asking you on every page. Because it is essential to providing the choice you asked for, it does not require consent. It stays in your browser, is not shared with anyone, and we ask again periodically (about every six months).

Business-visitor analytics: Lead Forensics (only if you accept). If you accept, we load Lead Forensics, a business-to-business analytics service that recognises the organisation a visit comes from by matching its internet (IP) address to a database of companies. This helps us understand which businesses are interested in our products and follow up on genuine enquiries. It identifies the company, not you as an individual. When active it sets cookies in your browser, and the related data is processed on our behalf by Lead Forensics Ltd as our data processor. You can withdraw consent at any time (see below), after which it will no longer load.

People Who Use Our Online Services

For convenience, our contact form lets people enquire about our services. Those details are sent to us by email and are not stored on the site through cookies. We will not pass your contact information to any other organisation unless legally obliged to do so.

Managing or Withdrawing Consent

You can change your choice at any time: clear this site’s stored data in your browser and the consent banner will appear again, or wait for your saved choice to expire (about every six months), when we will ask once more. You can also view, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others) explain how on their help pages. If you reject or later withdraw consent, the business-visitor analytics will not run.
