End-to-end quality assurance

Inspect at Every Gate, Not Just the Last One

Catch defects before more value, and more carbon, is added.

Defects get more expensive the further they travel. A fault that slips through early collects the cost, and the embodied carbon, of every process that follows it.

WebSpector inspects at each value-adding stage, so defective fabric is caught before you pay to add more to it. The result is a lower overall defect rate, less waste, and far less rework, with reliable, verifiable quality data at every step.

Gate 01 · Incoming

Raw Fabric Inspection

Verify incoming greige and raw fabric is fit to process, before you commit energy, dye, chemicals and labour to material that was never going to pass.

Prevents: processing fabric that should have been rejected at the door.
Gate 02 · In-process

In-Process Inspection

Inspect between value-adding steps. Catch faults the moment they appear, so long-running or repeating defects are minimised before moving downstream to the next value-adding process, and your overall defect rate falls at source.

Gate 03 · Final

Final Inspection & Optimised Cut

A final digital defect map, auto-classified and graded to your standard, drives a yield-maximising optimised cutting plan and precise re-roll control, delivering maximum fabric utilisation and minimum waste.

Prevents: wasted yield and downstream customer claims.

Quality Assurance That Pays Back Twice

Inspecting at every gate lowers your overall defect rate at source and lifts first-quality yield, and because waste is prevented rather than corrected after the fact, it cuts the embodied carbon lost to rejected cloth at the same time.
