An electronic defect map is generated, displaying the image, location and nature of each detected defect.
This map provides a visual guide for further inspection and decision-making processes.
05 - Review and Optimisation:
Operators or supervisors review the defect map using the system wizard and make necessary adjustments to align with commercial requirements.
The optimized defect map is then used to create a cutting plan that maximizes yield and minimises waste.
